Strawberry milkshake

- 1 scoop Strawberry
- A few ice cubes
Milk first, then the scoop. Shake for 20 seconds.

The quickest way: a shaker or any jar with a lid.
Tip Liquid first, then the powder, so nothing sticks to the bottom.

A full breakfast in a glass. Use whatever fruit you have.
Tip Add the scoop last and keep it short. Blending egg white for long makes it foamy.

Oats, uji or yoghurt you already eat, with more protein.
Tip For overnight oats, stir everything together the night before and leave it in the fridge.

Pancakes, banana bread and muffins with more protein.
Tip Plain has almost no taste, so it works in sweet and savoury batters.

An afternoon pick-me-up that tastes like dessert.
Tip Keep it cold. Hot coffee can make egg white lumpy.

Milk first, then the scoop. Shake for 20 seconds.
Blend the fruit first, add the scoop and blend 20 more seconds.
Stir, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
Cook the uji as normal. Let it cool for 2 minutes, then stir in the scoop.
Mash, mix and cook small pancakes for about 2 minutes a side.
Shake for 20 seconds and pour over ice.
Each bag is 500 g, about 15 scoops. Pick one, or mix them.
